We require fourteen (14) days advance notice for a 96% refund (4% goes towards the credit card transaction fee). If guest cancels within seven (7) days before arrival, a 46% refund will be given. If you cancel within less than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival, a refund will only be granted for the night(s) that Tiny Digs is able to rebook the tiny house, minus a $25 fee. If Tiny Digs is unable to rebook the tiny house, a refund will not be granted and you will be charged for all of the nights of your canceled reservation. Absolutely! We have luggage lockers to the left of the big white shed. Please reach out through the little live chat bubble on the bottom right of this webpage and send your request on when you’d like to utilize one of the lockers. You will be assigned a locker along with the code

Other than our cleaners being on-site during the days and times when they need to clean the tiny houses, there is no one on-site. However, someone is always available to attend to your needs during reasonable hours. Since we operate by self check-in, you’re free to check-in whenever you want after 4pm with the unique smart door lock code that is sent to you before your stay via email.

You will automatically receive your unique smart door lock code and check-in instructions in your inbox 5 days prior to your arrival date as long as you complete a signed rental agreement, ID upload, and processed the security deposit hold on your credit card. If you made a same-day booking or your booking's arrival date is less than 5 days from now, you will immediately be receiving the door code and check-in instructions (in a separate email) momentarily after you complete a signed rental agreement, ID upload, and processed the security deposit hold on your credit card.

There is unlimited free parking in the neighborhood streets adjacent to Tiny Digs. We are in the neighborhood of Kerns and it is safe. For extra precaution, we advise our guests to never leave any valuables visible in your car. There is no parking inside Tiny Dig’s vicinity.

We indeed are! Our only two pet-friendly Tiny houses is Barn and Boho. A $50 pet fee per stay will be charged.

We do not have televisions in any of our tiny homes because we recommend for all of our guests to go out and enjoy our wonderful courtyard and explore the amazing food scene that is all walkable to Tiny Digs.

Boho, Merlot, and Zen are all great options with a queen bed on the main floor.

Although we do not have a bicycle storage rack, our guests have been able to come up with a creative solution by bringing their own locks and keeping their bicycles safe by locking it along any railing or structures depending on which tiny house they’re staying at. In additional, our premise is safe and secure with a coded gate entry so only our guests have access to go in and out.
